"This hotel offers great value for money on Senggigi Beach. The breakfast selection is quite good. Our room was very spacious, clean, and bright. From the balcony, we could enjoy views of the lawn, coconut trees, and the sea, and also hear the booming sound of the waves. The staff were very responsive to our requests. I feel like I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Senggigi."

"The bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again. For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport."

"Absolutely lovely place, I love how the resorts have everything so we don’t need to go outside to reach certain places. I can also travel to Gili Islands from the hotel, but best if we go to Bangsal Harbour which is 40 mins from hotel, as the cost is cheaper 25k rupiah, compared to hotel around 1.07 million rupiah if I’m not mistaken(as they use private boat)"

"Although the hotel dates back to the 90s, it's very well-maintained. The rooms aren't huge or luxurious, but they're comfortable to stay in. The staff are definitely a highlight; every single one of them is excellent. They greet guests with a smile and a friendly 'hello,' and always go out of their way to meet any requests. This is my second stay here. As a Marriott Gold member, I received afternoon tea, a room upgrade, and in-room snacks. I booked a package that included dinner for two, and the portions were generous. Each person could choose three dishes from the menu. The main courses we ordered, the fish and the burger, were both excellent, and the salads and desserts were good too. The breakfast buffet has a lovely ambiance, and there's someone playing the piano around 9 AM."

"Service: The service was quite good; they were very responsive to all our requests. On the first day, our sea-view room had a leak due to heavy rain, so they moved us to another room and compensated us with a one-hour couple's spa treatment. Environment: The hotel is right by the sea, offering a fantastic sunset view. Unfortunately, it rained continuously for two days during the rainy season, so we didn't get to see it. Facilities: There are three restaurants. We tried all of them except for the Italian one. The prices weren't cheap, but the portions were quite generous."

"We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better."

"In terms of the service this hotel offers, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the things that there are to do at the hotel (2 pools, full gym, 24h massage room, 24h room service), all of those elements are beyond excellent. Our only issue with this hotel was the room. We didn’t feel like the room was completely unclean and the sheets smelled fresh, but there were obvious stains that they did not manage to get out. The overall state of the room looked fine, but the lighting of the room wasn’t very good to begin with, so it’s difficult to fully gauge cleanliness. Something else that bugged me was the closet door, that has an automatic light that turns off/on when the closet is closed/open that would not fully close, which kept the light on. I had to fold out our paper room key pouch and stuff it in between the rolling doors to keep the closet shut so the light would stay off. Lastly, the hotel only provided shower towels in the room, no face or hand towels, which is strange as it is usually standard to provide at least a 2nd set of towels that are to be used at the sink. Overall, I still very much do recommend this hotel for travellers who would like a relaxing stay with a great pool and lots of good restaurants in the area, and extremely close to Senggigi Port, however, little issues such as the ones listed could also be an issue for some."

"Very affordable hotel, good location, in the heart of Senggigi, good service, clean and hygienic. We stayed in expensive rooms and cheap rooms, both were worth the money. The best value for money! The only thing worth noting is that since there are many Muslims in Indonesia, there will be a broadcast of prayer every morning, which is very disturbing to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, you may be woken up. But this problem will be more or less in almost all hotels in Lombok."

"Facilities: 100 points! The bed faces the sea, and the pool is right outside the door! The bathroom is also very clean, as is the outdoor shower area! Ambiance: A top-notch hotel in the Senggigi area with an infinity pool. The hotel itself is also quite large. Service: Warm! Attentive! Always ready to help! The hotel can arrange private boat tours. A special shout-out to The Kliff – it's genuinely delicious and beautiful! I ate there twice! The prices are also reasonable! The black pasta, in particular, was incredibly tasty; everything I tried was a hit!"
