Best guesthouse I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Abdul. Owner Ray, is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent. Great cook. Scooter can be rented there for a good price. They also organise a few interesting tours departing from the guesthouse. A bbq was also organised for new year’s eve. Definitely recommend ! Feel like at home

Very affordable hotel, good location, in the heart of Senggigi, good service, clean and hygienic. We stayed in expensive rooms and cheap rooms, both were worth the money. The best value for money! The only thing worth noting is that since there are many Muslims in Indonesia, there will be a broadcast of prayer every morning, which is very disturbing to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, you may be woken up. But this problem will be more or less in almost all hotels in Lombok.

The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, mainly clean and sanitary, and the price is affordable. It is opposite to the beach. There are many roadside stalls for a few hundred meters to eat and fill up. The small durian is also very cheap at 7 yuan, and it is quiet at night. It is here in China There are few people, and the locals are relatively simple. The beach is beautiful, and there are shops for private tours nearby

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol

In Senggigi, I chose this relatively cost-effective central hotel. The location is quite convenient. It is in the center of Senggigi, and the airport is only a few steps away by bus. The rooms are simple and spacious, clean and tidy, well-rested, there is a swimming pool outside, but it has never been used, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is not far from Senggigi Beach.
