"2days 1night in business trip in Solo, did not expect a comfort place to stay because really focus on my goals here. But, this hotel are give me something! strategic location and near of shopping center of course hit the spot! But for me the most un expected was the room, clean, not to small but okay and the bathroom was clean. Thanks Brothers Hotel Solo Baru, see you next time"

"A decade ago, this hotel had a connecting door to a huge shopping mall next door. For some reasons, that door is blocked now. This makes going to that mall requires an extra effort. Everything else is as good as it gets. The price is very competitive, the location is convenient. The service could have been better, when we checked in, nobody offered us any help with our luggages. The concierge was not visible and the front desk staff also did not as whether we needed any help with our luggages."

"This hotel is really worth the price. I got a room on the 7th floor with a view of Solo city and Sukoharjo for only 170k a night, and I was really satisfied. Plus, at night, there was a really cheap nasi seller near the hotel; it only cost 20,000 for two people."

"In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced."
