Sumenep Hotels with Wifi

"I think this is the first hotel with experienced chain hotel management (Artotel) in Sumenep. Newly built, the hotel is quite clean, although I found some leak in a couple of public areas (such as lobby) when it had heavy rain. The breakfast is yummy. The cons were: - Long time to check in. I arrived at 2 PM, but my room (Junior Suite) was not ready. The receptionist was not able to give us explanation for how long we had to wait. Finally the key was ready in an hour. All visitors coming to the hotel must be coming from a far city, so when we arrive in the hotel, we expect we can enter the room directly without waiting to get some rest from a long and exhausting land trip. - The service in the restaurant when we had dinner was terrible. It took a super long time for servicing, the taste was really need improvement, I think only 2 waitress (as long as cashier) worked that night."
