However, the service was absolutely outstanding; the staff were very open to directly asking guests for feedback and suggestions. There will be more facilities in the future as it's still under development. But the view from the hotel room was stunning, both at night and in the morning. The restaurant's food was delicious too."

It was hard to sleep well at night, and I was prone to catching a cold. Being in the mountains, there was no air conditioning, and hot water was unavailable. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't see many mosquitoes all night, but the twin room was a bit small. Environment: Many places were rusty, indicating poor management. The atmosphere was a bit eerie at night. The swimming pool was unusable due to moss growth. It was a mosquito paradise. The restaurant was average; the beef burger buns smelled stale, so I wouldn't recommend it. Service: The only area I can highly recommend. The service was good. They offered to pack breakfast for those who needed to get up early to watch the sunrise. They have a private car service from the airport, but it costs 900,000 Indonesian Rupiah. I recommend contacting the front desk via WhatsApp beforehand to check if they have a car available. The driver was quite professional. In summary, if you're very particular about accommodation quality, NO! Definitely don't choose this one. If you're a special forces tourist, just looking for sunrise and don't want to worry about much, then it's an option, because it's really hassle-free. I think there are other good hotels to choose from in this town; this one is a bit pricey."
