"I always stay here whenever I visit, but this time the experience was a bit disappointing. It has many positives, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back to Surabaya and staying here. Let me talk about the negatives. I drove all the way from Bali, feeling a bit tired and unwell. I wanted to check my blood pressure, but when I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't have a blood pressure monitor. I believe a blood pressure monitor and some simple health check tools should be readily available. They're not large pieces of equipment, and it's essential for hotels to have some basic medical supplies for guests who feel unwell. This is just my personal suggestion. Also, during holidays or public festival days, the hotel's advantage of convenient transportation and being connected to a mall turns into a nightmare. You have to wait a long time for the elevator to get to the basement parking, and finding a parking spot becomes extremely difficult."

"1. Friendly service 2. Apartment, rooms are big n spacious, with balcony, nice master bedroom with tv, 3. Good amenities but towels are old, overused 4. Complimentary water n snacks 👍🏻 5. Hot/cold water dispenser in the apartment 👍🏻 6. Lamp plug wire was exposed 7. Cupboards/shelves were cracked/broken 8. Stained- scissors, towel, stool, sink, bathroom tiles 9. Trail of ants found in the bathroom but service staff came promptly to clean it 10. Kitchen area has a musty smell - maybe due to poor ventilation 11. Bathroom door handle cover was loose 12. Water flow was slow"

"strategic location, on the side of the highway. spacious parking. there is coffee tea. drinking water is provided in gallon and there is a dispenser. owner is very friendly If you want to find food, it's very easy, bcs on the side of the road, there are many selling things rekomended 😘"
