"One of the best value 5-stars in Delhi NCR This was my 2nd stay at Country Inn with family, and I keep coming back for a reason. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Delhi NCR over the last 5 years, and for the price, this is easily one of the best 5-star properties around. Rates are surprisingly low for a 5-star. Highlights: - Breakfast buffet: Hands down the best part. The variety and taste are unmatched — you won’t find this spread elsewhere. - Rooms: Really spacious. Way bigger than most city hotels. - Hospitality: Staff is top notch, very warm and attentive. Cons: It’s a bit far from Central Delhi, and the property is about 18 years old now. But honestly, given the pricing and experience, both are easy to overlook. Would definitely recommend for families looking for comfort + value."

Areas for Improvement Expensive Dining: While the food is tasty, it is noticeably expensive, which may not suit all budgets. Remote Location: The hotel is situated outside the main city area, making it less convenient for those who want easy access to city amenities. Lack of Nearby Supermarkets: There are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so plan ahead if you need essentials. Overbearing Staff: After check-in, staff members unnecessarily follow guests all the way to their rooms, which can feel intrusive. Excessive Security Checks: Security procedures are repeated multiple times, which can be inconvenient and make the stay less relaxing. "The location of the property is very much in the heart of the city of ghaziabad. Various offices, christ university is just 10 mins away. Various amenities are also very much nearby. Rooms are very clean & staff is courteous and helpful. Its restaurent excellent & has south indian food."

"I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again."
