"A deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Alarm for all the Asians! 严重歧视酒店 亚洲人小心! On the evening of 29 July, three of us, all Chinese guests, went to the hotel restaurant. From the moment he saw us before conversation yet ,an elderly male staff member, Mr. Ezio, appeared visibly displeased and hostile. When I politely asked whether we could change tables, he responded in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, pointing his finger very close to my face and intimidatingly telling me that this was the only table I could sit at. The issue was never simply about changing tables. It was Mr. Ezio’s visible hostility, aggressive gesture and different treatment towards us as Chinese/Asian guests that made the experience humiliating and raised serious concerns about discriminatory treatment. I reported the incident to reception immediately that evening. The following day, Ms. Marion spoke with me and promised to investigate and respond. However, by the time I checked out, I had received no outcome, explanation or apology whatsoever. For a hotel of this level, both the employee’s conduct and management’s subsequent handling of such a serious complaint were extremely disappointing. I am currently seeking legal advice regarding this matter and expressly reserve all my rights to pursue further legal action and remedies."
