The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. "Good location, not far from the beach, there is a big supermarket called Coop, walk for 5 minutes. The hotel service is not the same, it is not allowed to eat in the room, he said that even drinking water will not work, want to eat and want to drink to the balcony. "What I did NOT like is that until you have made the reservation it does not say anywhere that if you are going to arrive later than 9pm you have to call the accommodation. What I DID like is that the guy came to greet us at 9.30pm to give us the door code and charge us the tourist tax. He also took a photo of our documentation... The hotel is right in the centre, which is an advantage. The worst thing is the parking in the area, it is practically necessary to use a car park even at night, outside of regulated parking hours."

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Only disappointing the pool, it deserves a total renovation (missing by place of small squares and of combed cement as well as badly all the various screws) , very unfortunately we had not benefited from it.

The service of this hotel is very family-oriented and the location is very convenient. The small room is very warm. The waiter is very enthusiastic, all things are tried to solve, the attitude is very good. Very familiar with the local area and there are also very good recommendations!

Очаровательный отель! Отлично расположен! Качественная отделка в классическом дворцовом стиле! Номер на троих оказался с шикарной террасой с видом на море и на купола соседнего храма! Идеально чисто! Нарядный с видом на море и променад ресторан на завтраках! Удивили малиной и ежевикой! Очень вкусный омлет и достаточный ассортимент всего остального! Официанты принесут кофе и фреш! Небольшой минус, что нет портье, помочь с чемоданами. Так же, оказались бесполезными имеющиеся в номере халаты , т.к. посещение спа за приличную плату.

The hotel has been in business for more than 100 years. The wooden floor will creak when walking. The room is not soundproof. The coughing sound next door or upstairs and downstairs can be heard clearly at night. Because of the backing, the hotel signal is very poor. The balcony can't see the sea, and the rows of trees can be seen. When I didn’t need to clean the room, I hung a do not disturb sign on the door. When I came back at night, I found that the quilt in the room had been sorted out, but the next day my mother went out to express her desire to clean up. When the hair on the pillow and in the bathroom was not cleaned. At the same price, there are actually many better choices.

Неплохой номер, но попасть проблема, надо звонить на итальянский номер, сработает замок потом подняться на третий этаж и набрать код в общий холл, а затем ещё раз надо ввести код чтобы попасть свою комнату. Дверь в этот мини отель расположена в узком переулке, между кафе, найти вроде не проблема но первый раз немного напряжно. В общем холле есть кофейник, печеньки чай вода и холодильник. В самом номере чайник и пакеты чая, посуды нет.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is clean and tasteful, located in the centre near Ariston. My not full score is not so much given that at least until 3 a.m. on the night you cannot sleep for confusion in the way due to the night life of young people; and from the lack of a refrigerator in a room something important during the summer period seeing the warm to keep something fresh. I suggest that we put it because it is unwilling to find a structure without and said by one travelling today.

Location in the center on a narrow street pedestrian! Nearby there is everything. Before the sea 10 minutes walk . The room is spacious, comfortable. There is a refrigerator, the air conditioner worked perfectly. Excellent staff on the wotsapp. In general, a great option to live right in the center of San Remo!
