"The hotel was very good, clean rooms and in excellent location for all amenities, parking was free and outside hotel as it is next to a shopping centre. Short walk to main town and beach. Would definitely stay again 😀"

"Room spacious and quite comfortable although we had to ask for blankets not provided, no kettle. Information about the hotel and its facilities should be made available to guests in the room. I had to call reception but no number displayed. Big disappointment for access to the SPA which became chargeable (in previous years the SPA was included) and this information does not appear on the hotel website. And unfortunately, I chose this hotel to enjoy a moment of well-being with friends. Newcomer registration takes too long! We waited 30 minutes (2 couples in front of us) to go to reception. Despite the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming staff, we will not return to this establishment which needs to improve certain negative points (no toilets in the restaurant, you have to go down to the basement...)"

"The room was nice with a lovely design. It was a bit dark since the windows faced an alleyway. It had a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Inna was very warm and welcoming – service like that makes you want to come back again. On the downside: there's nowhere to dry swimwear/towels after the beach. Nothing dries at all."

"Following the hotel last night, another very good Best Western, the view of the mid-mountain is unbeatable, the hotel staff is very polite, and brought three room cards for different rooms, took me upstairs, and let me choose one!"

"Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel. Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight. Generally, we could not find many Italians that speak English compared to Swiss. We had a hard time trying to ask for directions. Don't get me wrong. There are nice and helpful people around who voluntarily guide us and helped us on the bus and on the streets."
