"A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size."

"The hotel has large rooms (at least ours were), halls and smaller stairs. There is a kind of common room/kitchen in every floor and a ”autonomous” bar with living in the latest floor. Girl at the reception very available. Health services with all the necessary, everything very clean. Negative sides: uncomfortable mattress, not completely open window, room faced on the road with rooms so a little noisy in the evening"

"The room was clean and comfortable, daily needs were provided, and the living room and bedroom had an air conditioner, which was great. Check in and check out are very convenient. The hotel turns left and goes out the alley left. It is a bar on the left and a restaurant on the right."

Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. "Usually, the accommodation is in poor condition than you can see in the photo, but the actual site here was much better. It was so neat, clean and comfortable to go after resting. During a long trip, the washing machine was a god's hand. And it was not induction, it was cast, so it was great to eat and eat. The location is good and the neighborhood is very quiet."

The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment.
On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning.
it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment.
However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool.
You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on.
A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on.
It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

GGuest UserMy wife and I travel often and this is a genuinely beautiful hotel. We went during off season so we were one of the few guests there making it incredibly peaceful. The hotel decor is lovely and the room and amenities are top quality. Sara helped us constantly with restaurant recommendations and to accommodate a self check in since we were driving and had no clear arrival time. Really lovely hotel would recommend. The pictures show the little balcony that overlooks a lovely street. Sunset at the bottom of the street a short walk away and the mountain top view from Eric’s which is a 22 min drive by car or you can take a cable car - the drive is not for the faint hearted!

AA TrefzgerExcellent food, wine and room. Staff helpful and all had some English, lucky as we have no Italian. We arrived the last day of high season just before harvest so some things were already closing but they held the pool open just for us. Follows a sustainable model. We did not see any wine production areas during our tasting and tour. Some misunderstandings due to language issues, entry-level translations. Once you arrive it is still uphill with your suitcases and then many stairs to the rooms. Possible some accessible areas available and if needed, should arrange beforehand. We booked breakfast included and it was superb and quite plentiful. Once there you are without any other choices for food or beverage so budget accordingly. They are very helpful with allergies. Best mattress and shower we found in Sicily.

Mmaria.maWasn’t really worth the price. I was in a tiny room with one window that I couldn’t even open when I arrived because there were cleaners smoking outside my window when I arrived. The room smelled of chemicals and the A/C gave out a damp smell. Was in a strange part of town that was about a 20min walk to the station (if you fast). I stayed at a hostels that had more to offer.

CClaire MHotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂
The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.
