"Great place, really polite and fantastic (free) breakfast. Free parking although parking nearby is around £2 per day which is a bargain. And it's right next door to a shopping centre, family restaurant and late night café. Plus the baths inside the hotel are a great touch. Highly recommend."

"Hiranoya in Gamagori was really great! They upgraded our room because we had children! Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style! We added dinner the day before, so I assumed it wouldn't be a buffet, lol. I should have asked what the menu was, lol. The bath was also very comfortable, and we were able to relax even with our children. I highly recommend the cave bath (^^) ”Time Letter,” still at Atelier of Words, is an experience where you send a letter to your future self! It's a rare experience, and I'm looking forward to it reaching my future self just when I've forgotten about it!! The staff were also very kind, and it was an inn I'd love to return to. "We have been staying here for two years in a row, coinciding with the beach fireworks festival. My child loves dinosaurs, so he was very happy, but I think it would be nice if they could improve the waiting time at check-in and the poor operability of the terminal. The amenities are self-service from the bar at the front desk, but it was crowded when we checked in, so we went to get them later, but the bar was lowered after 8 p.m. and the front desk was empty. We should have called out to them, but we thought, ”Oh well.” The room is small, but the bed is large, so two adults and one 4-year-old child were able to rest comfortably in the two twin single beds. For two years in a row, we found a used mask from the previous guest under the bed, the release paper for the patch had fallen off, and there were spider webs in the room, so we felt that the cleaning was not very thorough. The room features are the bare minimum for a stay after visiting a theme park. There is no closet, the amenities are self-service, and there is no minibar or coffee in the room. However, we understand that this is the kind of service we are using, so we think it is sufficient. The parking lot was not paved and there were some muddy spots, but it was very convenient as it was close to the fireworks venue and it was a great trip. Thank you very much."

"I needed to stay in Gamagori, and I booked late for a Saturday night so everything was either booked or very expensive. I was a bit reluctant at first seeing the reviews, but everything was good! "2世帯の家族旅行で伺いました！ 天気が良い日だったので、沈む夕日と翌日の日の出、両方とも絶景でした^_^ バイキングのプランで内容は知らないまま伺いましたが、まさかのカニも食べ放題でビックリ！家族がとても喜んでくれました。ライブキッチンのステーキもバイキングのクオリティーとは思えないお肉で、美味しかったです！お刺身も何種類かあってとても新鮮でした。 メニューがたくさんあり、どれも美味しい物ばかりでした。 翌朝のバイキングもメニューが色々あり、お腹いっぱいでした！その場で握って貰えるおにぎりが美味しかった！ 少しだけ残念だったのは、入ってすぐのロビー周辺が下水のような匂いがしていた事です。家族みんなが気付くほどだったので、そこだけは改善されたら良いなと思いました。 お部屋やお風呂は清潔感があり、気持ち良く過ごせました！ 楽しい旅になりました♪ 今回は各社比べた中でtrip .comがダントツで安かったです! 初めて利用したので予約できているか心配でしたが、全然大丈夫でした！また利用したいと思います。"
