"Located in South Asu, there are hot springs to soak in. When the weather is good, you can overlook the entire Asu volcano. It is quite beautiful. The room is quite good. The western-style room upstairs is much smaller! A good place with pleasant scenery! There is also a Taiwanese employee who can speak fluent Chinese and is very enthusiastic about introducing local attractions and food!"

"The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's."

"The room named ”grass sound” was stayed. As the name suggests, in a Japanese-style room surrounded by tranquility and signs of nature, I felt my heart unwind from the moment I opened the door. The room is equipped with an open-air bath, and until 20 o'clock at night, there is also an ice cream service in addition to free alcohol drinks. Not only coffee and tea, but also warm soup, and I was gently swallowed by the cold season. The beauty of the starry sky looked up from the room at night was breathtaking. The quiet and clear brilliance that can be felt because there is little artificial light has become an unforgettable memory. The rooms are clean up to corner 々, the amenities are carefully arranged, and you can feel the delicate care everywhere. The staff were warm and kind from beginning to end and I was able to spend very comfortable during my stay. It is an inn that makes you want to visit again."

"The room was spacious. It was my first time staying in a dome-shaped room, and it was very comfortable. The buffet had a lot to choose from, so I was able to eat healthy food. There were a lot of people, so we had to wait a little, but it wasn't a problem. The surrounding facilities were also well-equipped, so we were able to use the various relaxation spaces. I'd like to go again."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Ryokan Minawa, un lieu paisible et authentique au cœur de la nature du mont Aso. Le cadre est superbe, entre montagnes et verdure, et les bains onsen privés sont vraiment relaxants. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné, et les repas servis sont délicieux et joliment présentés. Une expérience japonaise traditionnelle que nous recommandons vivement ! Seuls petits bémols : une légère odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, et le vin le moins cher à la carte un peu trop onéreux à notre goût. Egalement pour y accèder, après plusieurs changements de train, il faut marcher une bonne quizaine de minutes depuis la gare (si pas de voiture). Malgré cela, un endroit magnifique pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de la région d’Aso."

"Although the building is old, the whole is very clean and tidy, the functions are also maintained very well, the breakfast is rich, there are small surprises, and the staff's intentions are felt everywhere. The night stargazing itinerary is divided into three parts. There are star interpretations, like in the 3D cinema, it is very three-dimensional and relaxing, there is an astronomical telescope to actually watch the stars, and there is an experience of lying on the prairie to enjoy the moon and the stars. The overall feeling is very rich and very touched. It is worth staying here for one night, and be sure to come when the weather is good."

Have you read the detective novel by British writer Agatha Christie? She has a work called ”Crimes in the Sun”, which is about a group of tourists vacationing on a sunny island. Suddenly an extremely strange murder happened... When we walked into this hotel, I Suddenly thought of Christie's novel in his mind. In the remote and quiet countryside, a hotel with a strong classic flavor stands alone. There is an elegant restaurant in the hotel with about ten rooms. Through the window of the guest room, you can see the smoke erupting from Mount Aso and the rolling mountains in the distance. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet, full of greenery. Everything fits perfectly with the scene in Christie's work...Of course, nothing changed in the end. We spent two happily nights here, soaking in the natural hot springs in the hotel every morning and evening. The boss’s cooking skills are good, and the breakfast she cooked is very delicious. highly recommended.

Is this spa hotel well equipped? The room facilities are very thoughtful and in place, there is a private hot spring in the room, which is very comfortable. The staff is cordial and hospitable. They took the initiative to introduce the surrounding environment, and there was a row of people relaxing and feeding the ducks for free, which was really interesting. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The staff was very considerate and knew that my grandma didn't eat fish, so they replaced her breakfast with fried chicken. I will stay in this hot spring hotel next time.

It is a bit similar to the concept of youth hostel, and the public area of the living room provides dining exchanges for everyone. The tatami room needs to be covered by your own quilt. It is best to carry a disposable sleeping bag. There is also a certain distance to drive there. It will be better to go a little earlier.～ The kitten is also very close.
