"Let me start by saying I highly recommend this place. The rooms are spacious and affordable, and there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. Plus, there's a large bathtub perfect for soaking while looking out at the ocean, with a direct view of the bridge. The paid breakfast, costing ¥800, is quite delicious and worth trying. The owner is also incredibly kind; they'll even wave goodbye and bow when you check out. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only downside is the hotel's location. While not far, the road leading up to it is genuinely narrow and steep. Even driving a light vehicle with a yellow license plate, I found the road quite small, so larger cars might not be able to make it up. But overall, it's excellent! 😎"

We talked about delicious shops, Okinawa, and many exciting stories, and the night came in an instant. I look forward to my next visit! The starry sky seen from the roof is really beautiful, I will never forget it. The children are very satisfied with the cute Rin-kun C and Chibi-chan🐈. It was a very dark night in Okinawa. It’s a good memory to be able to experience many things that the hotel can’t experience. I look forward to seeing you again. Very grateful for your help!"

"1. There are a lot of hotels in Malu, even in the pool, there are many rooms at night, and the pesticides are completely invalid. 2. The service staff is kind, there is assistance to book flowers to the room, and there are special small surprises for breakfast. However, there was a small episode. Due to travel needs, the counter was requested to assist in booking the restaurant. The service staff told the restaurant that it was closed on the same day. As a result, we went to the attractions near the restaurant on the same day and found that it was open. It was a pity. Location on the island, there is no streetlight on the way to the trip, the only advantage is that the stars are beautiful 4. The use time of the facility is different from the official website. It is recommended to send a letter before going. 5. Breakfast is ordinary, the scenery should be very good, but unfortunately it rained that day. If it is especially for experiencing food, you can not buy it. 6. There is no elevator on the general floor, the service staff is very happy to help, but it is still a bit shocked. "When I booked, the price was so low that I honestly didn't expect much, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was very spacious, and I was impressed that there was a free washer and dryer in the common area, plus all the amenities were provided. In the morning, I could walk to the beach in about 8 minutes, and the hotel also had a rooftop, making for a wonderful experience!"

"I sincerely thank previous travelers for their comments, they are so good! The actual situation is the same as described, and it is the hotel I want to stay in. Clean, sanitary, and odorless, it is a Japanese-style bungalow that is large enough for four people to live in. All cooking and laundry facilities are available, making it feel more like home than my own. I like the quiet surroundings, which make me feel like I work at sunrise and rest at sunset. It feels so good to be woken up by the sunshine every day! Suitable for self-driving tourists."

"The white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch. The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay."

"The path leading up is narrow, sloping, and uneven; the signs are unclear, and the navigation is inaccurate, so you have to rely on your own judgment and navigate randomly using a map. It requires some driving skill to get there. There are almost no staff members, so you have to rely entirely on yourself. The system required us to register four passports for our check-in. Even though the rooms are all underground, someone has to carry their luggage down to the first floor to get the room key. When checking out, one person has to push the luggage through the garden while the other locks the door before leaving from the first floor. No oil or seasonings were provided, so we didn't try cooking. Aside from all of the above, this is definitely the best value for money on Kouri Island. The room is large, and the dryer dries clothes incredibly fast."

"For a small overnight stay, this is a pretty good hotel in a quiet spot by the sea. But only if you rent a car. Otherwise, it's not very convenient, as the nearest store and bus stop are half an hour away. And if you're returning to the hotel late at night without a taxi, your route will take you along a completely unlit road surrounded by jungle, and all the wildlife that lives there will rustle, scream, and make other noises. 😁 But at least you can see the stars very well at night."

AAlissa NgWe really loved the location and vibe of Furaiso. Hosts were very friendly and attentive and passionate about their guest house. The breakfast was great with really delicious bakes with huge portions. Hosts even provided take away bags as we could not finish them. As there was a cold snap with strong winds during our stay, our host also provided us with heat packs and a nice free gift of Okinawa brown sugar peanuts. The only small issue is, it would be great if toilets can be in-built into the rooms instead. However, it could be due to it being a family room type as I couldn't get reservation for other rooms which may come with in room toilets. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would consider again once I visit Okinawa again :)

GGuest UserEverything was amazing for Valentine’s Day! This is perfect for a couple going away from everything and everyone! From the second we parked our car and getting our bags taken upstairs to the last pictures taken by the host! Wagyu burger spot like 2 minutes away walking and heart rock like 5 min or less walking. It was so peaceful waking up to the sunrise and beautiful view!

GGuest UserThe apartment is beautiful. However the checkout time is too early at 10:00 am compared to other hotels in Japan in general. The utensils are sufficient for cooking. One thing that’s most unsatisfying is there’s a lot of cockroaches and mosquitos during the night. Even there’s a net and it cannot prevent some of them coming in, some can even fly! Horrible. The price is too high for this standard to be honest.

CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.

The only minor point was that both check-in and check-out were completely self-service, but thankfully we managed to get everything done successfully.

GGuest UserOnce you've checked in, everything goes smoothly without having to deal with any staff. There's a washing machine and dryer, so even if you're staying for three nights, you only need to bring two clothes! It's also nice that you can leave your used towels and trash at the entrance in the morning! I enjoyed going to the beach every day.

GGuest UserThe view from the room is wonderful. I was able to enjoy the extraordinary space. It was very good. However, the bath was covered with glass, but I was a little worried about the water red. I think the corners of the bath and the corners of the guest rooms were not well cleaned. I don't think it's a cheap villa, so I wanted you to notice the details. Also, since the restaurant was far away, I procured rice and drinks in advance and ate slowly in the room, but there were no chopsticks or plates, and there was no microwave. There was a wine glass, a plastic spoon and a paper cup, but there are no other tableware, so you need to prepare it in advance.

LLoveGiGuRuDespite the remote location in a far corner of Kouri Island, this Villa is quite easily accessible, within walking distance to the landmark attraction Heart Rock on the Island. The openness of the Villa is unique, which may not be liked by those who require security and privacy. A dip in the jacuzzi on the terrace during the day is a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed having all curtains opened so we could submerge ourselves in nature and looked at the vast blue sky of Okinawa in the sunny afternoon we luckily had during our stay in mid April.
