"The hotel's location is super convenient, right above Odawara Station. The lobby is on the fourth floor, easily accessible from the third-floor station concourse – no need to go down to the street to find it. The breakfast buffet restaurant is also great, with a wide variety of food, including local seafood specialties. It's located on the top floor, with an outdoor terrace offering lovely views of Odawara's historic castle and the cityscape. The room itself is quite basic; the pajamas and bedding are nothing special, and the pillow is too flat. The bathroom counter is also a bit low."

"The hostel is located on the second floor of an apartment building. The room is very new and overall very comfortable and very clean with a cozy lobby. Compared to other youth hostels I stayed in, there were particularly many Western tourists carrying large hiking bags. Since the business district of Odawara City is concentrated around the station, there are few restaurants and supermarkets near the hostel, and there are no washers and dryers provided. It takes you approximately 8 minutes to walk to the laundry and the centered area of the city. Basic toiletries and complimentary items can be slightly lacking; you need to remember to take from the lobby communal counter. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they provide facial care sample packs as part of the amenities. Room is more spacious than expected, which is a bonus. There is a swallow nest on the roof of the corridor. I lived in several swallows and felt a little like the 80s. At night, it was very quiet outside, and there was basically no shadow on the road.
