"The front desk staff at the hotel camp and the restaurant employees were all very friendly, proactive, and full of smiles. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Dinner was a BBQ, which was excellent, with chicken, lamb, and vegetables. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal and was also tasty. Outside the camp, there's a large, relaxed space and photo ops for guests, giving kids plenty of room to play. The main hotel building is surrounded by cabins and glamping tents, all of which are unique, comfortable, and pleasantly surprising – amazing! Our cabin had two floors; the upstairs tatami area was very cozy, while the downstairs main hall and bathroom (including toilet) were small but clean. For convenience, as four adults, we went to bed early to set off, and it only took a 5-minute drive to reach the foot of the Hoshino Unkai Terrace mountain to catch the cable car and enjoy the sea of clouds. This 'one-night, two-meals' package made our stay very enjoyable and is excellent value for money! We would definitely stay again! It's perfect for those traveling by car. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was quite good, it's a classic resort area. There are architectural works inside, but the visiting hours are only one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. I inquired about the shuttle bus schedule to Tomamu Station, and it showed a bus every hour in the morning, but it seemed to be more frequent in reality. To catch the local bus, I took the shuttle to Tomamu Station an hour earlier than the schedule. This service really deserves a big thank you, especially since it's a great help for foreign visitors who don't understand Japanese and need extra assistance."

"Not a place for foreign tourists To experience the feeling of local Japan It is a good value for money accommodation. From Furano to New Chitose It was good as a last night route. There is no open-air bath, so don't expect hot springs. Sauna was used as a charter It's old, but it's very clean with no dust in every corner. Since it is a cabin in the forest, even in winter, ladybugs are indoors. It was also fun to be with nature. The bedding is soft and the stove is warm. Surprisingly, I was surprised that the interior of the room was warm. The owner is kind and comfortable overnight! If you are a foreigner who can speak simple Japanese Try the real Japanese traditional culture experience!"

"It's great, but it's definitely an older property. You have to take a bus for dining and other amenities. So, I recommend choosing the colorful green tower; there are more entertainment options there and it's cheaper. This room was expensive, and they were very strict about the number of guests. Even a 10-year-old was charged IDR 11 million for 3 days, even though the room was quite large and there wouldn't have been an issue with kids."
