"I had a wonderful stay at Suzuka Circuit Hotel. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of activities. One of the biggest advantages is the location — close to the theme park, which is incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. Breakfast was particularly impressive, offering something for everyone and a great start to the day. Another highlight was the free parking, which made the whole trip much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzuka, especially those planning to spend time at the circuit or theme park."

"This is my second time using this hotel! The last time I used it, the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, and the private bath was also very nice, so I felt good and returned! This time, I was tired from traveling and ended up having breakfast just in time, but the staff in charge of breakfast didn't smile at all and seemed cold, so that was disappointing. At breakfast, the bread had been put away, and they wouldn't prepare it for me unless I asked them to bring it to me. They asked me how many pieces I wanted, left only the number I answered and put the rest away, so I wish they had left more than I answered. The other front desk staff are always smiling and provide excellent service! The private bath is also very nice, so I'd like to use it again!"

"The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The free breakfast was better than expected. This price includes free breakfast and free parking, which is very cost-effective. Unfortunately the room is quite small, but the hygiene is ideal."

"The outdoor unit of the air conditioner was extremely noisy...unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. I consulted with the staff, but because the outdoor unit is located next to the bed (by the pillow), the noise from the outdoor unit continues when it's turned on. Also, although my room was on the 8th floor, I could hear people talking in the parking lot. Is this due to the location of the outdoor unit? Perhaps there's a small gap? In other hotels, you shouldn't be able to hear conversations from the parking lot from an 8th-floor room. When I turned off the power because the noise from the outdoor unit was bothersome, the room temperature dropped very quickly... The staff responded quickly and changed my room from the 9th floor to the 8th floor, but unfortunately, both the 9th and 8th floors were plagued by the noise from the outdoor unit and the cold."

"It's been a while since I stayed here. It's convenient, right in front of the station. I'm glad there are two types of pillows. I guess it's the same at this time of year, but when the air conditioner is on, it's hot when you put on a duvet, and cold when you don't. It's hot when you turn off the air conditioner. The chair is heavy and the wheels are stiff. The shampoo in the bath has a faint smell, which is good. The bathroom is clean. But the shower curtain does smell, so.... I look forward to using your service again."

"It was a consecutive night without meals. I was surprised that there was a donkey in front of me and there was a supermarket open 24 hours a day, so I enjoyed it. I would like to use it when there is a tournament in the sports forest."

"There is no doubt that the hotel is old, but the room is still well maintained. There was no strange smell. From the Baizi station in the past, there is actually a road to go, slow pace only 10 minutes. If there is a lot of luggage, it will probably be very difficult to walk; if there is a lot of luggage, choose a hotel near the station. But the hotel is opposite Lawson, and there are several restaurants around. Another trouble is that you need to store your room keys at the front desk when you go out. "I booked a King Room, but unfortunately, I got a rather disappointing room. It seems they don't reserve rooms for guests, but rather just assign you to whichever room is available... The living area floor was covered in dust, there was trash from the previous guest in the bathroom, and even a cockroach – it was awful... I've stayed here several times, and there's always dust and hair everywhere. It's understandable if they're short-staffed, but they clearly don't bother with mopping. This time, the lamp was covered in dust. Also, the TV remote was unreliable; I tried turning it around and pressing the buttons, but it wouldn't respond. It would respond with a significant delay, or the volume would suddenly swell, which was quite startling. An error screen appeared, and I couldn't watch TV, so I called to inquire, but they gave me a confused response, so I just gave up and hung up. Incidentally, in a room on the 3rd floor I stayed in before, the signal was so bad that the bathroom TV didn't work at all, and the bathtub light was broken, so please be aware of this if you're considering booking. This time, my room was on the 2nd floor, but the microwave and kettle were inconveniently placed, making it a very bad room overall. They don't offer a discount even if you point out the defects, do they?"

"Staffs are super friendly here, facial mask, bath salt, tea are provided, room is clean and comfy, location is great with lots of food nearby, Aeon mall just 15 mins walk and the local restaurants nearby the hotel have many choices, a great experience here and high recommended"
