"Had a really great experience! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it super easy for layovers or catching early morning flights. A thoughtful touch is the free Cat Bus service around the hotel, which makes getting around a breeze, whether you're heading to Tokoname or exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. It's a fantastic choice for a short stay in the Tokoname area or for anyone needing accommodation near the airport."

"Our group of three females arrived and was denied check-in because the rooms were for ”Males Only.” This restriction was not clearly stated during the selection process. On the Trip.com interface, several room options were explicitly labeled [Male Only]. However, the rooms we selected had no gender label in the title. As a consumer, it is logical to assume that if one option is marked ”Male Only” and another is not, the unlabeled option is for females or unisex. This critical information was omitted from the main room title and only found deep in the reservation details after booking. This is misleading UI design for a gender-restricted property. We were stranded at the airport without accommodation due to this lack of transparency, without refund, and told that it was solely our fault. However, despite sudden show up, Toyoko inn welcome us with cheaper price, better room and free breakfast. I highly recommended Toyoko inn. Thank you TUBE Sq for your kind support, but please response to our cancellation request due to this whole nonsense error. And, lastly, may we never see you again."

"My room was clean and tidy, though it did show some age. 🛏️ The breakfast offered was quite good. 🍳 The service throughout my stay was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the airport 🚶♀️✈️, which is perfect for early or late flights."

"The lobby design was an unexpected delight, with a stylish blend of wood and metal elements creating an industrial yet relaxed vibe. With a bar and a pool table, I honestly thought it could pass for a Moxy – a refreshing departure from the usual stuffiness of traditional business hotels. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a large room, which was incredibly spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the Four Points' comfortable bedding had me asleep in no time. Pulling back the curtains to reveal a serene sea view was a rare and wonderful treat for an airport hotel! Breakfast deserves a special mention! The buffet at Evolution restaurant was laid out like a mini food market. Steaming hot miso soup, fresh sashimi, grilled fish, and natto rice were perfect for satisfying a 'Japanese palate,' while the Western station offered croissants that were perfectly crispy and flaky. Even the fruit was neatly cut and arranged in ice bowls. Enjoying such a rich and exquisite meal before a connecting flight was truly a treat and completely revitalizing!"

"I stayed here many years ago, and it's definitely a go-to hotel when you're heading to the airport. However, the service is just okay. There were a lot of warning signs posted in the room, seemingly aimed at Chinese guests. The complimentary drinking water is scarce, only about 200-300ml, and they won't refill it once you've had it. You can drink water from paper cups at the hot spring area, but you're not allowed to fill your own bottle to take with you."

"Breakfast was terrible. There was no sign in Building 2 indicating that luggage couldn't be stored there, so I had to walk back to Building 1 to store my bags, where there was a free self-service storage area. The building is huge, and if your room is far from the elevator, you'll have a long walk. There are no proper restaurants near the hotel, only two convenience stores, it seems. The good news is it's very close to the airport and Aichi Sky Expo, about a 10-minute walk to each. I highly recommend it for overnight layovers or for those attending events at the expo. The hotel strictly enforces the 3 PM check-in time; they might let you in a few minutes early, but not more than ten. Despite being near the airport, it's quieter than I expected, though the room windows don't open."

"The room converted from a container is small and the bathroom is even smaller, probably only a little over one square meter. Although the bathroom is small, it can still accommodate a deep soaking bathtub. I admire the Japanese for this. The quality of the complete set of LIXIL bathroom products is acceptable, and this is the only noteworthy feature. The front desk is staffed by Indian and Pakistani workers, the room rate is cheap and it is only a 10-minute walk from Tokoname Meitetsu Station."

"Booked this hotel for its location, it's a few steps to Rinko- Tokoname stn which is 1 stop to the airport (but take note the train service may not be frequent). A large Aeon mall is also a short walk away. The free shuttle bus to Tokoname station and the Ceramic walk is also a stone throw away. The hotel seemed quite quiet, I was the only person at breakfast for about 15mins before a few more guests came. The breakfast was ermmmm underwhelming. The location made up for it. There is a large coin laundry but I didn't use it. Overall it's a good, safe place for a night or two."

"The location is about 7 minutes walk from Tokoname Station, not difficult to find. You can walk to all tourist spots from the hotel, which is very comfortable. The hotel is very clean, there are not many rooms, although there are public toilets (on the same floor as the room) and bathrooms, but it is not easy to collide with other guests. It really feels like living in a private villa, and the facilities are also complete. The owner is very friendly and proactive in helping. If you plan to walk around Tokoname for a day, you can also consider staying in the hotel to enjoy such a peaceful lucky cat market, or you can go shopping at AEON Dreamland, and buy things at the supermarket and cook at the hotel. The hotel kitchen has everything you need, including seasonings. There are also large supermarkets and several restaurants near the hotel, as well as cool coffee shops."
