"Amazing hotel with free pool and onsen access. I love the fresh milk/coffee milk outside the pool/onsen as well! (Costs 150 yen from a vending machine). Great view from Bath tub too for your own onsen!"

"This 3-star hotel in Japan had a surprisingly spacious room that was bright and airy. While it's a bit far from Naha's city center, its proximity to the outlet mall and Depo sports and outdoor brand store makes it a worthwhile stay. Other aspects were good: the service was very friendly, though breakfast was quite average, and the room had a slight, somewhat unpleasant 'newly renovated' smell. Everything else was fine. Oh, and remember to book the hotel's free shuttle in advance!"

"The hotel boasts decent facilities, primarily advertised for its 'airport views.' However, whether you actually see planes depends on your room's location; not all rooms directly face the runway. The room itself is spacious and very comfortable. But the hotel's services and amenities fall short. First, the rooftop bar closes early at 9:30 PM. Aside from two 350ml bottles of mineral water in the room, there's no other drinking water available, which is a problem when it's hot and there are no convenience stores nearby. Second, the pool and hot spring also close at 9:30 PM. Being unable to use the hot spring so early is worse than most hotels; it feels more like a gimmick. Third, breakfast is too simple and offers very little variety. It might be worth trying if you're looking for a place to stay on your last day before leaving Okinawa. However, using it as a base for your trip would be inconvenient and a bit monotonous."

"Due to a flight delay, we barely made it to the hotel's designated reception opening hours (which only last until midnight). When I received the flight delay notification at 5 PM, I saw the contact number provided by the accommodation, but due to my limited language skills, I could only contact them via email about my potential delays. I sent an email at 5:30 PM, but didn't receive a response until my arrival (around 11:50 AM), and I had no way of confirming whether I could check in. The whole process was quite stressful, rushed, and stressful. So, here's some advice: If you have limited language skills and may encounter unexpected situations like flight delays, consider choosing a property with a 24/7 reception desk or one that responds promptly to emails to reduce anxiety and inconvenience during last-minute situations."
