"The room was huge and the hotel was easy to find. Inside, there was a large, private bathtub and a sauna. They provided countless useful skincare products. Since it's a 'themed' hotel, there were many adult toys and movies. The experience was great, mainly because of its excellent soundproofing and enormous bed. You could order food through the TV. The next day, it was about a 10-minute walk with luggage to the airport, which was very convenient."

"I had to catch an early morning flight, but it was located inside the airport, so I was able to move around comfortably. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were in good condition."

"Given the very affordable price I paid, the room was spacious and the facilities were decent, so I found it generally acceptable. However, the cleanliness was truly appalling. There were white stains on the black sheet covering the mattress, and the massage chair also appeared to have traces of some liquid. Considering this is a love hotel, it was pretty clear what these stains were. Furthermore, the duvet was excessively thick; even with the AC set to 19 degrees Celsius, I still woke up sweating every morning. There were no power outlets by the bed, and the lighting controls were all-or-nothing – you couldn't adjust individual lights. On the positive side, the disposable amenities were quite well-stocked. I strongly urge them to prioritize cleanliness, especially since it's a love hotel. Otherwise, guests will undoubtedly feel very uneasy."

"The free shuttle bus service from Hotarugaike Station to the hotel is a nice touch. However, the room type I received was completely different from the photos shown when I booked. When I inquired at the front desk, they said there was no problem on their end and that what the hotel provides is what matters. This left me feeling a bit deceived. The pictures of the room type when I booked and the room I actually stayed in are so different, I really can't understand it. I feel like they're trying to fool tourists."

"枕が低くてフロントのスタッフにもう一つほしいと伝えたところ、持ってきますと言いながらほかの客のクレジットカード対応で後から部屋まで送ってくると思ってチェックアウトまで持ってこなかったです。ナイトテーブルの電気だけ付けたいところ部屋全部のライトに連動されて消すと全部消灯になるからしょうがなく一晩中テレビつけっぱなしでした。こんなのビジネスホテルは初めてです。おそらくラブホテルから改装されたかなと思います。あとめちゃくちゃ乾燥でエアコンつけるとさらに増して消すと寒い。。部屋の広さと朝食だけ良いかなぁ。もう利用しないと思います。"
