"This hotel is super close to Itami Airport, and the shuttle service between Hotarugaike Station, the airport, and the hotel is really convenient. Even if you miss the shuttle, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the airport, so if you don't have much luggage and the weather's nice, you could easily walk there from the hotel – it's that well-located. The free breakfast is also a big plus."

"I arrived at Osaka Airport at 8 PM, and since the hotel was located inside the airport, getting around was very easy. Having a restaurant area right next to the hotel was also great, as I could choose whatever I wanted for dinner."

"Given the very affordable price I paid, the room was spacious and the facilities were decent, so I found it generally acceptable. However, the cleanliness was truly appalling. There were white stains on the black sheet covering the mattress, and the massage chair also appeared to have traces of some liquid. Considering this is a love hotel, it was pretty clear what these stains were. Furthermore, the duvet was excessively thick; even with the AC set to 19 degrees Celsius, I still woke up sweating every morning. There were no power outlets by the bed, and the lighting controls were all-or-nothing – you couldn't adjust individual lights. On the positive side, the disposable amenities were quite well-stocked. I strongly urge them to prioritize cleanliness, especially since it's a love hotel. Otherwise, guests will undoubtedly feel very uneasy."

"The free shuttle bus from the airport was also frequent and convenient! Even when there was no shuttle bus, it was no problem as it was just under a 10-minute walk from the airport. ◯ I ended up checking in just before midnight, but they kindly accommodated. The outlet was located a little distance from the bed, so I was able to put my smartphone down and sleep. lol"

"This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in japan. Really big and spacious room with lot of amenities ( massage chair, free tv etc). After seeing room and amenities i was so scared that maybe hotel will ask us to pay some hidden fees.. hahaha but we checked out smoothly on our checked out day. Very near to itami airport, 10 minuets by walk, but very far from subway station, if you have heavy luggage then be prepare. And this hotel is suitable for family, couples and solo male travelers. It’s a love hotel solo female travelers might feel little strange. But i didn’t found any objectionable thing."

"枕が低くてフロントのスタッフにもう一つほしいと伝えたところ、持ってきますと言いながらほかの客のクレジットカード対応で後から部屋まで送ってくると思ってチェックアウトまで持ってこなかったです。ナイトテーブルの電気だけ付けたいところ部屋全部のライトに連動されて消すと全部消灯になるからしょうがなく一晩中テレビつけっぱなしでした。こんなのビジネスホテルは初めてです。おそらくラブホテルから改装されたかなと思います。あとめちゃくちゃ乾燥でエアコンつけるとさらに増して消すと寒い。。部屋の広さと朝食だけ良いかなぁ。もう利用しないと思います。"
