" During my trip to Kinosaki Onsen, I chose to stay at the Kiraku Hotel. The overall experience was very good and I gave it a 4-star rating. The following is my experience of staying here for your reference. Rooms and Facilities The hotel has an elegant environment and is full of the atmosphere of a Japanese hot spring hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hot spring facilities are very comfortable, allowing people to completely relax. However, when I checked in, I found a small stain on the bed sheet, which slightly affected my first impression. Fortunately, after contacting the service staff, they quickly changed the bed sheet and handled it professionally, which made me feel at ease. Dining Experience Dinner and breakfast were the highlights of this stay! The kaiseki cuisine for dinner was exquisite and delicious. Each dish showed the freshness and care of local ingredients, especially the seafood dishes, which were memorable. The breakfast was also rich, offering a variety of Japanese and Western options, with high quality, which made people feel good early in the morning. Overall, the dining experience was excellent and was definitely a big plus for the hotel. Service Quality In terms of service, the staff was friendly, but the overall service could only be said to be average. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, but when I occasionally needed to actively seek assistance, the service staff responded a little slowly, and felt a little lacking in initiative. For this price, I originally expected more detailed service, but overall it was still acceptable. Summary Kinosaki Onsen Kiraku Hotel is a recommended hotel, especially for travelers who like hot springs and food. Although the service has room for improvement, the high-quality dining and comfortable environment made this stay still satisfactory. "Thank you for my stay at Hotel Livemax Toyooka. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, and since it was snowing heavily on the day I arrived, I had to be careful with my commute. For winter access, I'd recommend checking transportation options in advance. Also, even though I'm a foreigner, I responded in Japanese at the front desk, but was suddenly spoken to in English, which was a bit confusing. I would appreciate it if there was a bit more consideration regarding language choices. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay. I'm also grateful for the polite service from the staff. I believe the service could be even better in the future with more consideration for language aspects."

"Had a lovely stay here. The onsen was excellent and very relaxing, and the ryokan room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The location is probably 10 mins walking distance from the train station and the popular public onsen area, but the free shuttle service made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth staying, will definitely come back again!"

"I was very impressed with the accommodation and service. The staff were very attentive and caring. 🏨 The modern Ryokan-style rooms are clean and fully equipped. 👭 You can choose your favorite yukata to wear. ♨️ You can use the 7 public onsen around the city by simply showing the hotel's sign/pass. 🎋 The hotel offers private onsen with amenities and a hairdryer. 🍵 Snacks and green tea are served in the room. Coffee and hot tea are available in the common areas."

"Although it is a rural town, it is a facility similar to a hotel in the city.　 The public bath is also clean and can be used at any time. Room service is available, and meals can be served inside the hotel even in bad weather. The breakfast was inexpensive, but the variety of items was satisfying. Free drink service ranges from coffee to flavored water, and vending machines at the kiosk booth on the first floor sell alcoholic beverages and various other beverages. It was nice that they also sell snacks and instant noodles."

"Wonderful staff. At check in, one staff member rushed over with a car for our luggage. We were sitting for dinner at the table in the lobby and she brought over (without us asking) wine glasses for our wine. They also reminded us that if you scan a qr code and leave a review on checkout, they give you a gift (drinks or snack). It's far from anywhere, but there is a Lawson nearby and we brought in food from the supermarket."

"It is a cost-effective youth travel in Chengqi Hot Spring Town. The hot spring town is relatively small and it is almost the same everywhere. The room is in the form of tatami and you have to make your own bed. On the day of my stay, there were two people in the room plus me, and the roommate was quiet and very good. There is no floor heating in the public area of the hotel, which is cold. There are two toilets and two sinks. When I used it, I happened to not meet people and didn't have to line up. If you take a bath, there is one room on the first floor. Because I went to the public hot spring to wash, I didn't use it. There is also a kitchenette on the first floor, which can be simple hot rice balls or something."

"Although the hotel isn't right in the heart of Kinosaki Onsen, the town is small, so getting around is easy and convenient for visiting the seven public onsens. Don't forget to get your stamp at each one and collect a small gift back at the hotel! The hotel also has its own hot spring bath, it's not huge, but it's usually quiet as most guests go to the seven public onsens. Guests can enjoy a private onsen session once during their stay, and the view from the private bath's window is absolutely stunning. The hotel offers a 'one-night, two-meal' plan, and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant staff, including some ********* servers, provided detailed explanations of the dishes, and being able to communicate in Chinese was incredibly helpful."

"Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. ＜3"
