Anonymous UserThe hot spring inn was very beautiful, very clean, and very polite staff
There is a private bath (hot spring) for guests to use. There is no need to make a reservation. There is a sign at the door indicating that it is in use/vacant. As long as it is vacant, it can be used for 45 minutes each time.
Photography services are provided in the morning, there is a professional camera shooting, will print one on the spot for customers to keep, if you want an electronic photo, (remember to register as soon as possible) yourself online, have an email reply via the link to download
The room looks out to the sea, and has a large bathtub, a row of breakwaters, very big waves and wind
I bought a one-night-two meal and had sashimi, seafood, slate-grilled wagyu beef (this beef was really good) and more in the evening. Very exquisite, very attractive appearance🤩, delicious.

Located by the sea, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and the staff were professional and responsible.
Shoes need to be removed inside, which places high demands on the cleanliness of public areas and the etiquette of guests. When I checked in, I happened to meet a Mandarin-speaking family who had just come back from the beach covered in sand and went straight to the hot springs, so I ended up walking back to my room in the sand too…

Facilities: The hotel has all the standard amenities, including an outdoor private onsen, and the room is very spacious with a sea view. The large outdoor bath also offers a breathtaking sea view, providing a truly refreshing experience. Don't miss out on the delicious Oyama milk from the vending machine.
Hygiene: The indoor areas are clean. Since there are many insects in summer, just remember to close the outdoor door promptly, and you'll be fine.
Environment: Located in Kaike Onsen village, it's a seaside hot spring with a white sand beach below. The sea water is clean, perfect for swimming, and kids can enjoy digging in the sand.
Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful. As soon as they saw us from afar, they proactively ran over to greet us and helped with our luggage. On our departure day, they even arranged a car to take us to the station, despite it being only a 3-minute drive. They insisted on providing a dedicated car according to our schedule to protect us from the summer sun, which was very heartwarming. The welcome afternoon tea in the lobby offered a variety of drinks.
The breakfast and dinner truly deserve special praise. We booked a half-board plan, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious, featuring seasonal seafood like oysters and three different doneness levels of steak, all incredibly tasty. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with both Japanese and Western options, an incredible variety. There were so many desserts and ice creams that we couldn't even try them all, and everything tasted excellent. They even provided small trolleys to help us carry our food, which is a rare thoughtful touch I've encountered in the many onsen hotels I've stayed at.

Guest UserI actually arrived quite late at around 11.35pm since my train just arrived 5 minutes prior. It's an easy walk from the station since the hotel logo is well lit. Reception seemed abit too eager to see me arrive haha. I would caution against arriving any later since when I went to the ground floor for the hotspring, the reception was closed (with the blinds fully down).
The hotel breakfast is above average, although variety seemed abit lacking.

Guest UserThe location is very convenient, the room is clean and large enough for one person, and there are places to eat yakiniku (grilled meat) not far from the hotel, which is quite delicious; also, Yoneko has a very large and spacious entertainment area, definitely worth a visit.

しゅんすけ0905The front desk staff were very helpful and I would definitely use this hotel again. The TV was huge and I was very satisfied with the impressive view. It was in a great location right next to the station. There are lots of izakayas nearby so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat.
