"Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected"

"Was trying to call the owner via the platform free internet call. However the call was always declined. Upon arrival the owner was there to explain everything and he was real helpful especially getting on WiFi connection. He gave me a WhatsApp number to contact the property however when we needed something we texted the number but no reply was received. Location was alright, short distance to the marina and also we walked 18min to the beach nearby."

"The room was nice, facing the bay. The toiletries in the room smelled great, and I also wanted to praise the breakfast buffet, which was very rich. We drove there this time, but the road to the hotel was very congested. I wonder when the road construction will be completed ✔️"

"Before my flight, I was looking for an above-average hotel to relax. The hotel looked appealing in the photos, and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi on the premises. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the grounds. The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to check in early, which was great. However, the room was in poor condition. It had black walls, was dark, had a broken mirror, and chipped furniture. While there was a kitchen and a kettle in the room, there was no outlet for the kettle. The drainage was poorly done, so the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water after a shower. Overall, the furniture and decor were old, giving the room an unkempt feel. There were also hot water disruptions, and I even saw a man in a bathrobe at the reception area. The staff claimed it was due to a city-wide service outage. Incidentally, no one mentions that the hotel is right next to the airport, so you'll hear every plane. My room faced a wall, and next to it was the staff room. They would go out for loud smoke breaks, making it impossible for me to sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and tasty food, but you couldn't eat it in your room; everything had to be consumed at the tables. In the evening, I inquired about a transfer for the morning. One girl told me it would be 5-10€ for a taxi with no set time, and 15€ for a 'VIP' service that would arrive exactly on time. In the morning, there was a different girl. We opted for the first option since we had some extra time. When the taxi arrived, I asked the receptionist about the price, and she said she hadn't asked. When we got outside, the taxi driver quoted 15€. We had to haggle and eventually paid 10€. It's a 30-minute walk to the airport, but only a 7-minute taxi ride. In summary, the hotel is old, and not all rooms are in good condition. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"A beautiful small hotel with good location and service. We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻. There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool. The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian. There is a free parking 👍🏻."

"It's a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are nicely equipped, with the hotel's fitness concept... The breakfast was amazing, and the fitness, wellness, and social spaces were high-end! , I think it's perfect for a working holiday, where you just want to have a fitness concept included. On the other hand, the hotel has very pricey parking; they made us feel they were a bit cheap on us in the welcoming, and in general, I would say that the staff are nice, but very cold. Overall, it was perfect for young stylish vibes, just be aware of this little grain of salt if you choose this hotel. oh and the photos of the rooms are real, they do look that good :)"

"Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment."
