"The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed that the room had air conditioning and a refrigerator! This is especially important because it's summer in Europe, and many hotels don't have AC. It's cool enough outside at night, but a sealed room without AC gets really hot (and I'm hesitant to open the window for safety reasons). The host, Betty, was incredibly friendly. She responded quickly to my questions on WhatsApp and even helped me with parking (there's space for up to two cars in front of the building). I'm very grateful for her help! Before check-in, Betty sends a guide, including instructions on how to open the hotel door and self-collect the key (Trip.com also sends this information). However, she lives on-site, so you can always reach her directly via WhatsApp using the hotel's contact number if you have any issues."

"The street in front of the hotel was not very attractive, but within two minutes you are at a central square. The reception desk looks a bit low-budget, but the seating area in the lobby and the outdoor terrace are nice. The room was spacious. There was a kettle with tea bags and two sachets of instant coffee, but no creamer was provided. The air conditioning worked well. The window could be opened slightly, though the view was not great, as shown in the pictures I added. The mug in the bathroom did not look very hygenic, see the last foto. There were four pillows, two thin and two thick; one of the thick pillows was a bit too firm. The mattress was good. The room also included a desk. Late check-out was available, and they kindly gave me an extra hour free of charge. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast room was slightly crowded."

"First off, the location is excellent, right next to the Turkish Bazaar. Having a balcony was a plus, and the room layout was good too. However, the pillows were far too thin and need to be replaced. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8 AM and, without waiting for a response, just let themselves into the room with their own key. I wish there had been a 'Do Not Disturb' sign we could have hung on the door. The female staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was mediocre. Despite many Turkish tourists staying here, there wasn't even Turkish tea. We only used the breakfast service once. But the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We stayed on the top floor and had to rely on our mobile data; the Wi-Fi simply didn't work at all."

"The staff were very helpful before arrival. We chatted with them via whatsapp to sort out arrival time and help with suitcases. Snacks and drinks in the room are free. "Great location right next to the bus and train station. Half an hour from the city center and with a shopping center called Vero also quite close. Everything is modern and clean, with attention to every detail. It has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, oven, iron, refrigerator, etc. The only thing I would have liked to find a fault with is a microwave. The service was excellent and prompt whenever we had a question. Wonderful!"

"staying nights on a ship on a dried up river in the middle of Skopje city was a great experience. Though the room was ”compact”, it had all the expected amenities & everything worked fine. Having our meals on the deck was very pleasant indeed, especially in the early autumn evenings. And prices were very reasonable, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Service by all the staff was impeccable! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. The floorboards just outside our bathroom creaked (& bent) noticeably, possibly due to poor bath water draining that overtime had leaked into the wooden floorboards under the carpet, causing them to deteriorate over time. This needs to be fixed asap. Hotel guests checking in face a long walk from the taxi dropoff location at the bridge about 200m away. This long walk is a challenge for senior travellers with big bags & taxi drivers are unwilling to help due to the risk of getting a ticket. For checking out, hotel staff assistance cannot be committed due to staff shortage."
