Dhigurah Hotels with Wifi

"We would never return to this hotel again. The worst thing is the breakfasts; they're simply edible. They serve incredibly spicy pasta, beans in sauce, sausages made of paper, waffles made of paper, juice made of Yupi powder, toast with only jam and terrible butter, watermelon cut 1 cm by 1 cm, an undercooked omelet, and only black tea bags. And nothing else! It's simply unbearable, and every day we get nothing but this. By the sixth day, I was ready to cry. The rooms are barely cleaned; my face towel was changed once and only before checkout. My foot towel was changed every three days. One beach towel was taken and not returned. Even though we left a tip for cleaning every day. We asked for a discount on a hotel excursion because it was our birthday – we laughed, smiled, and got no discount. Did the hotel congratulate us on our birthday? Of course not. The cleaner knocked on the door, and only he offered verbal greetings. We came for fins and masks—for $10—but they were all gone, and they were all taken on excursions. The only pro and con is that this hotel offers the most expensive excursions, but the boats are new, uncrowded, and very fast. The captains are the best; we were always the first to arrive at the locations. There's a pool on the roof, but no one fills it. Construction starts every day except Friday at 8 a.m.; you won't get any sleep if your windows overlook the city."

"We really liked the hotel. They took care of our arrival in advance, emailing us about transportation options from the airport. We were met at the airport with a sign with the hotel name, taken to the speedboat, and then taken to the hotel door, where polite staff were waiting with welcome drinks for the whole family. The room was clean and spacious, with two balconies and sun loungers on them. There was a kettle, bottled water, shampoo, shower gel, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The room was cleaned twice a day, including twice-daily changes of bed linen. The beach was a 3-minute walk away, and the hotel grounds were beautiful, picturesque, and landscaped. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with four options to choose from. Each breakfast included toast, jam, freshly squeezed juice, and fruit salad, in addition to the main course. The waiters were very polite and attentive! Saraswoti is a very polite and attentive waitress."

"It was my first time in the Maldives but the island was beautiful and Mr. Nashid was also really supportive and helpful with all my requests. He met us at the ferry location in Male and made sure we got on the right boat. He was also very communicative and responsive with WhatsApp. This was very important as they made us feel comfortable and safe. We were greeted by Joe Biden at the dock and he helped us with all the small things that we requested. The room was very clean and we had a small garden/terrace area where they would provide us with a Maldivian breakfast or a continental breakfast. I absolutely loved my time there and will always remember my time here. I highly recommend that you stay here. They also provided us with towels, swimming towels, and a wide variety of excursions. They also provided us water every day. We visited different islands but my partner won’t stop talking about our stay here."

"We zijn hier 5 dagen lang gebleven en het was onvergetelijk. Dhigurah is een kalm en klein eiland met de prachtigste zandbank die ik ooit heb gezien. Paradise Found was op een perfecte locatie. Het was niet eens 5 minuten wandelen naar het strand, dicht bij restaurants en winkeltjes. Daarnaast was de service perfect. Wanneer we vroegen om een specifieke activiteit, hebben ze deze direct georganiseerd voor de volgende dag. De manager en het ander personeel was heel behulpzaam en aardig. We gingen samen met hen snorkelen bij een koraalrif met tropische vissen en het was echt prachtig. Mijn dochter was bang, omdat het haar eerste keer was dat ze snorkelt en de gids die meeging deed alles om haar te helpen en haar comfortabel te laten voelen. Hij nam ook video’s onder het water en hij was in het algemeen heel aardig en behulpzaam. Wanneer ik terugkom naar de Malediven, zal ik 100% hier verblijven"

"A stunning gest. Cosy private villas with terrace drowning in green. The villa is spacious, there is a TV, a refrigerator, tea/coffee. Open tropical shower. There are all necessary showers, umbrella, mosquito remedy. Very beautiful lobby area, decorated with peacocks. Breakfasts are very delicious, with a wonderful view, menu choice. Location near the pier, to the beach bikini 15 minutes. The tours are excellently organized. Comfort boat, professional team. And the most cool is the hotel staff. Each of them is amazing. Attentive, responsive and positive. Thank you ❤️"

"Lovely little hotel on Dhigurah Island, helped us have a fantastic stay on ”Local” Island. Communicated with the hotel via WhatsApp (phone number listed in hotel information) prestay. Helped with the booking of the boat transfer from Male to Dhigurah. Every interaction with the team at Whaleshark Beach was with an engaged, smiling team member. The team made for a very relaxed, carefree holiday. The restaurant meals were delicious and good value. When taking a full day boat excursion, the packed lunches were just as tasty. With the early morning boat transfer back to Male, they proactively offered a takeaway breakfast. Whaleshark Beach is definitely a great choice for visiting the natural beauty that is Dhigurah and the surrounding marine life."
