"Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful."

"The hotel rooms are renovated, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel beach is small but it is probably the best beach on the island. It is very close to the ferry and diving pier, and the dive shop can pick you up directly at the hotel pier. The hotel's Italian restaurant is expensive but the pasta is delicious."

"Every part of our two stays at Hotel zen was excellent! Clean comfy beds, super helpful and kind staff, and the view from our sea-view room was incredible. The restaurant was an unexpected pleasure, from the background music to the world class cuisine. Love love love the infinity pool and sauna right on the oceans edge. Huge thumbs up! "

"Good staff, they have a snorkel and diving area part of the hotel. The food is 5 starts ! We took the all inclusive deal for 42 dollars. Worth it! The only thing was the jacuzzi, kids were not allowed but there were some small kids swimming there so it wasn’t relaxing enough, they were also eating there ! Apart from that everything was excellent. "

"Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time"

"The rooms have a fabulous sea view. They are new and fairly well maintained but some have a damp smell. Overall it is a good hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A downside for the reception with unfriendly and inefficient staff which means that we have not returned to this hotel this year. Pity."

Gem of a place just 2 streets from the ferry terminals yet calm and safe. Comfortable stay where you had almost everything you needed, with even the possibility to cook or bbq (in the outdoor common area) if you so wish. Very friendly and helpful staff with special thanks to the manager David. I only wished the aircon was quieter and the water in the pool warmer. All in all I had a great 7 nights there!

The hotel staff were very friendly, but the breakfast attendants were not. Breakfast consisted of a serving of fruit with tea or coffee and egg on toast, sadly on my last day of stay this was inedible. The pool / pool is in another hotel that is approx 5 min walk away. The room included two single and a half beds, which is not comfortable for a couple to sleep in. There are no rooms with a larger bed. The location is super central, next to the center and many places to visit.

Was an amazing resort! Heaps of different varieties of food, staff were super attentive and friendly, you could literally 24 hrs of the day in your room. Food is amazing, definitely recommend the quesadilla at breakfast sooo good! The water is super blue as well.

I love green and nature and my husband loves the beach. This resort is the perfect balance so we both could have what we wanted. The paths from the room to the beach were beautiful with greenery all around. The beach itself was amazing. The food at the buffet was alright and when we did the reserved dinners at the restaurants the food was amazing. When we went to the seafood restaurant the chef prepared the ”Four Fish” dish and it was the best Mahi Mahi I have ever had. We will definitely be going back to this resort.

In general, a very quiet Hotel, without animation, if you want total relaxation, it is the right one, the rooms are very good, I was on the 8th floor and had a beautiful view, the service in general was good, just a little slow compared to the Service on the beach and pool, and in the restaurants, very good breakfasts, with respect to the food of the lunches and dinners, regular quality in the finish of the dishes, and if the service is a bit slow, the facilities are very nice and the best thing is that the beach they have is spectacular and excellent for snorkeling and enjoying all the fish what is there, very beautiful, and on quieter nights, if you like more fun because leaving the hotel 10 minutes and you will be in the Center, but in general, quite well and good for the cost, since you don't ask for more 👍🏼 to keep fighting to be better.
