"My stay in a clean and spacious room was mostly good. The reception staff during check-in were robotic and lacked warmth, but the woman at check-out was wonderful. The housekeepers I passed in the hallway were also professional and a big plus. My assigned room faced the road, so it was noisy until about midnight, and then again from 6:30 AM with construction on the adjacent road or some kind of delivery. It would have been good to be informed about this during check-in so I could mentally prepare, but if the staff weren't aware either, it's something that could be improved in the future. The hotel's interior and decor are nice, and on the second floor, there's a lounge and a mini-shop with a wide variety of drinks, which I recommend."

"extended booking from our 1st stay, the receptionist placed us at the same room so we don’t need to packed&unpacked again, really a good help! but we a bit sad since during the 2nd cleaning, they didn’t empty the trash bin and take out the dirty cup. but overall we are happy with our stay here."

"Highly recommend. Me and my friend stayed in one room. One room has enough space for big luggage. Bed is big enough. Toilet is really clean even you share with others. A few things were the ac broke down. The first day was really hot and feel like sauna. One huge thing is the locker is free and you can basically use it whenever you want. Really good sound proof. Can only hear footstep while inside. Safe. Never need to worry people rush in your space."

"Beautiful and modern hotel. Super nice modern room with a see-through bathroom. Good location. Friendly staff. The sky bar has an amazing view. Be sure to book in advance if you want a guaranteed spot outside. The breakfast was excellent, very varied and original selection. Nothing was missing. However, parking at the adjacent Q-Park cost me a fortune."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in."

"We selected this hotel for its location close to the cruise port ( directly across the street). It’s an older hotel but great location and restaurant was great. Wish they had at least an iron or steamer along with a hair dryer. Overall we would recommend. Elevator is small and stairs access the floors. A little tricky getting your luggage up the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you travel light it’s ok."

"Location was perfect, close to walk everywhere we wanted and central station. Hotel itself was beautiful, outside of rooms was space to sit, read a book or work on laptop. We loved our candy house. Bed was extremely comfortable, shower pressure spot on 👌 Reception stuff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there is no parking so what we did we parked on train station P+P for two nights."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay."

"We really liked the hotel and our room. The air conditioning worked very well, the room had a lovely view, and the lobby offered several comfortable areas for working. We also appreciated the self-service Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby. There are only a few areas that could be improved. The mattress and bedding felt quite old and overly soft, so the bed did not provide the comfort we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bathroom door did not close properly and had a large cut-out, which offered very little privacy and did not feel appropriate. Housekeeping also arrived quite late, usually at around 3:00 p.m., and some of the rubbish bins were not emptied. Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel four stars, but improving the beds, bathroom privacy, and housekeeping consistency would make the experience even better."

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

We booked just one day in advance at a very reasonable price and were truly pleasantly surprised! The breakfast is delicious, and I think €20 is a fair price. The only thing I might suggest adding is perhaps salmon or mackerel. The beds are lovely, though the duvet is really too thick for this time of year! (In the middle of summer), which meant we didn't sleep as comfortably as we could have. Otherwise, the hotel is well-insulated; housekeeping started early in the hallways, but we didn't hear a thing from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests or rooms. We arrived quite late (10 PM) and were even able to have dinner! The service staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to help you. I found the cocktails a bit pricey, but they were delicious. In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel (provided there's an option to change the duvet... after all, you come to sleep comfortably 😉)

The building seemed old, but it was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The room itself was stylish too. However, it was a bit small, there was no changing area for the shower, and the sink was tiny and inconvenient to use. There was no ramp at the entrance, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit difficult. Markthal, a famous tourist spot, was right nearby. We enjoyed it, but there was nothing we could buy there at tourist-friendly prices! We only shopped at the supermarket downstairs. The Saturday market in the square behind the hotel was interesting. They sold a variety of things cheaply, like seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, clothing, and杂货, and many locals were also shopping there.

The location is great, about 500 meters from Rotterdam Central Station – super close and convenient! The only downside is that it gets quite crowded, and they often run out of breakfast plates and coffee cups. It's also very close to the shopping street, making it easy to walk around and explore.

Great location in the city center, very close to the train station. There's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. The service was excellent – very friendly and polite. While it was called an 'executive room,' it was essentially a standard king room, but perfectly adequate and clean.

The price is incredibly competitive, the rooms are well-equipped, and the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was generous, and dinner was delicious. Most of the staff I encountered were incredibly warm and friendly.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Stayed in private room rather than the dorms. Found room to be clean and staff were very friendly. Walkable to central station (~10 mins). Just noting that there is no AC so it did get very warm for hot summer days (29°C in the room). Not knocking points for AC since they didn’t advertise to have it.

We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance. However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. I’m sorry,Iv read the reviews after I booked and was terrified, but I loved the hotel, I loved the location, the hotel itself was good, yes they have a few policies, €50 deposit( you get back no problem), the 15:00 check in( if that’s there policy then live with it)I said there for 3 nights over a weekend and will honestly be back, I do t know why so many bad reviews
