"The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the central station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is a bit old, but some facilities have been renovated, so it's generally acceptable. The breakfast offers a good variety, and you can even order à la carte, plus the service is decent. However, a major pitfall is the Wi-Fi – if you're not careful when connecting, you can easily select a paid option. My husband experienced this, and we immediately went to the front desk to explain and request a cancellation. They initially said there was no charge, but this morning at checkout, the bill still included it. Furthermore, we called for two pairs of slippers and had to call multiple times over two hours before they were finally delivered. It was quite frustrating."
