"We were really impress with Hotel Essencia. Old hotel but very functional. Parking at the basement. Excellent service from the check in lady and the security guards were polite. Comfortable beds, cool aircon, with personal ref, complimentary toiletries and hot and cold shower, plus the buffet breakfast. You cannot ask for more with the very affordable rate."

"We arrived around 5 PM and noticed that some of the staff members were preparing to leave for the day. One staff member kindly guided us through the hallways and directed us to our room. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the main reason we chose this resort—its late-night swimming and Netflix access—was not fully realized. We discovered that Netflix was unavailable due to a payment issue, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to use YouTube, but found the available content unengaging, so we ended up going to bed early without our planned movie night. On a positive note, we had breakfast at the resort's restaurant and were impressed by the excellent service, which was truly five-star. While the food was average for me, particularly given my pregnancy, it was satisfying and ensured that I left feeling full."
