"Much better than expected! Coming from Angeles City, I was surprised that hotels in Clark were fully booked for May Day, with even one-star guesthouses costing over 300 PHP. This hotel in Subic Bay was an unexpected delight. Facilities: There are two pools, one on the ground floor and an infinity pool on the rooftop. Cleanliness: Clean, nothing to complain about. Environment: Right on the beachfront, zero distance. Service: Excellent."

"We arrived at the Inn at 7:30PM. It was hard to find parking. We had to wait around 30mins to have space. Had to pay extra to the men who assisted us in parking. The reception already had our booking and prepared the room keys in advance. They also kept shouting through the 2nd floor window to the men on the street to assist us in parking. The inn had no elevator just stairs going upto 3 floors. The lobby was clear and the beds we nicely made up with free small soap and 1 packet or shampoo. They had towels provided for each of us. We had to open the aircon upon arrival so it took a while before it cooled down but it never really got cold in the room. It was a peaceful quiet stay with ample space. There is mirror, cabinet and shower curtain. There were molds in the CR but the toilet was clean and no bidet but tabo was provided."

"2nd time staying in this hotel. This is a budget hotel and so you should adjust expectations but the location is perfect for those travelling to attractions within Subic/Olongapo/Zambales. Just outside SBMA maingate and walkable to Harbor Point and SM Olongapo and lots of nearby food establishments."

"Among the hotels nearby... it's probably the best... but it's a pity. Ants in the room and swimming pool. There were a lot of bugs like... I was bitten by unknown bugs in about 10 places all over my body. The restaurant was okay, It was free on weekdays (there were no customers) so it was easy to use the swimming pool. Not long after the typhoon passed, the nearby beaches were dirty. I have no intention of revisiting. The photo and the actual product are very different, and it is not good for the price."

"The pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England. The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion. I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early. In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room."

"The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay."

"Wonderful location great food and service with a huge swimming pool. Rooms are a little dated plus could do with sorting the water in showers sometimes smells off. Other than that it's spot on..."

"The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, what was disappointing was the cleanliness (they don't clean unless you ask. The area is noisy at night and the soundproofing is not good... Overall, I had a comfortable stay during my 5-day trip."
