"It was a rainy day when I arrived in Porto and saw a very sad city, but it was still incredibly beautiful. Susana, the person in charge of the hostel when I arrived, was the best part of the stay, kind, smiling, she reminded me that, even on days like this, the sun is always there. I will definitely come back. Recommendation: always bring earplugs: choosing a female room to avoid snoring is a dream. We snore too😂"

"This is a lovely hotel, all the staff here are friendly and kind. Everything in this hotel is blue haha, interesting to show the color of Porto I think. And there is something wrong with my bathroom door on the first night, I called the reception And they came to me very quickly and solved the problem. The next day even changed the room for me. By the way, there are a lot of choices during the breakfast buffet, I like it so much. Thanks for your warm services again :)"

"The landlord’s grandmother is very good. You need to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese. I don’t understand English. The room environment is very good. The location is particularly good. В радиусе 20 минут ходьбы от отеля расположено много красивых мест. Метро находится в десяти минутах ходьбы, что очень удобно если добираетесь с/до аэропорта на метро. Все было хорошо, единственное что когда заселился были проблемы в чистоте туалетной комнаты и мусор при уборке порой не забирали."

The location was amazing - close to metro, walkable distance to old town centre etc. The room was very spacious and looks like it had all cooking utensils if you wish to cook. Had two majour issues - 1. The room key was missing in the lock box when we arrived around 1 am. However got sorted fairly quickly when we rang the number given on booking email. 2. The drainage system in the shower was terrible, room was flooded (the colour of the wooden floor tells a lot!) but it was fine when showered with the drain cover opened. Other than that, I think it was a very good value of money and would really recommend!

Clean and well-located, but AVOID the basement ‘double room’ The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with friendly service. However, I stayed in the basement-level ‘double room’. It’s located at the front of the property, directly at street level, with two small windows facing the pavement — making it difficult to get fresh air or natural light, and quite noisy due to passing pedestrians and cars, even with the windows shut and earplugs in. The photos captures many of the other room types charming features, which can be misleading for the double room in basement. In this particular room, ventilation was poor due to its position, and a musty smell from the bathroom lingered throughout the space. Given the price of this ‘double room’, it’s better off booking elsewhere — somewhere less charming but more practical — OR booking the other room types I assume are upper-level room to avoid the drawbacks of this front-facing basement unit.

The FMO apartments was a great place. Basic cooking utensils provided Generally neat with all the basic amenities too The location is good too Accessing the city centre was very easy The images attached are just outside the apartment, taken at about 2:30am. I recommend this apartment.

The room smelled so strange upon entering, then we went to inspect the AC and could tell there was black mold accumulating in there. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all, but a rickety foldable springy mattress. It was so uncomfortable and so loud that I ultaimtely had to sleep on the day bed. Would NOT recommend staying here.

The hotel is very friendly and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms on 1 and 2 are older and the 3 and 4 are renovated. If I returned to Porto I would stay at the same hotel.

The soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special. The hotel is in a good location. There’s a tube station right outside. Transport links are excellent. The staff are very friendly. It’s easy to communicate with them. Overall, it’s a decent place.

The hotel is very well located. However, the street is very noisy with view of the large number of coffee and nearby restaurant. A bemol, a slightly unpleasant smell in the shower, the toilets were not well cleaned, the bed floors were not very pleasant. Otherwise, the household service of the floor is serviceable and to the listener.

I have lived in this apartment for a while. Although the location is not very convenient, the facilities of other apartments are complete. Since it was winter when I first moved into this hotel, I found that this apartment did not have air conditioning when I entered the summer. The staff moved to another apartment of the group, and they immediately agreed, so this apartment is very worth recommending in winter
