"A very clean hotel with excellent hospitality. The front desk lady welcomed us warmly with a genuine smile and recommended a strong massage at Lotus. Most of the staff are senior citizens, which makes it even more meaningful to support this local business."

"We have a wonderful stay here. Eventhough the hotel is a bit old but the room is spacious and clean. Location is convenience access and nearby Robinson shopping mall. We like the breakfast as they emphasis more in local delicacies which to our liking. Overall we are satisfied and will return back again if we revisit Trang."

"Booked this place from trip.com Chompu nakarin apartment We had booked a normal standard room. I would say it’s a ok ok place if you are looking just for a 1 day stay then It’s fine I wouldn’t recommend going his place for more days as the bed was good but the bedsheets was clean too still had big stains on it Also the washroom of this room when u turn on the lights it make a loud noise non stop till u don’t turn it off it’s very annoying and we could hear a lot of noise from the next doors most of the time as the walls are thin and you don’t feel much privacy The Lady at the reception is very helpful and polite she also let us check out 1 hour late for free as he had our bus after few hours of the check out that’s a good thing, they have a lot of parking area for bikes and cars for the guest and a big lobby near the reception to sit n chill Overall I would give 3.5/5"

"The room isn't small, and it even has a balcony, which is pretty good for the price. The best part is the night market by the train station in the evening; it's got the best food. There are also breakfast spots nearby. I mainly stayed in Trang for the airport."

"The staff was amazing. They made all my transfer connections for the van and speed boat that took me to Koh Lipe. The room was simple but very clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was great and the desk attendant even ordered a grab driver to get me Dramamine for the boat truck and they delivered it to the lobby. The food at the market down the street was delicious and extremely cheap. I would definitely stay there again."

"Simple and good for a short stay. The bed was kinda hard but i still slept soundly. Cleanliness could be improved, parking is ample if you dont mind parking at the side of the road. I actually like the hotel for their small balcony, making the stay less stuffy. The room was spacious, good enough for us to pray and walk back and forth. More hanging rack would be great!"

"This hotel feels like it's on the outskirts of the city, and the area around it is a bit dirty and run-down. It's quite a walk to the main tourist attractions downtown, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. The room itself was small and cramped, no more than 20 square meters, with three beds squeezed in side-by-side and no space between them. There wasn't enough furniture to put our belongings on, which was inconvenient. While there was a glass panel, the window couldn't be opened, and it just looked out onto a corridor. The soundproofing was poor; being close to the road, we constantly heard roaring traffic, and noises from guests in adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily audible. The bathroom didn't have a separate wet/dry area, so the floor easily got wet. There was hardly any space to put towels—in fact, the hotel had to place our bath towels on the bed rather than in the bathroom, which is unusual. The towels also looked a bit grubby and slightly frayed. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel has no elevator. We had heavy luggage and had to carry it up the stairs ourselves, which was quite a struggle. The front desk staff tried to help during check-in, but the young woman couldn't lift it, and there were no male staff members available to assist. On a positive note, the female service staff were very friendly. Also, there's a thoughtful self-service station on each floor hallway with free coffee and bottled water, which was convenient. Despite the hotel's attempt at a 'hipster' design aesthetic, it felt like it was all style over substance."
