"The room is very good, but parking is still 22 dollars, there is no description in the app, there is no refrigerator, there is a microwave oven, the bed is 1.8 meters, the price is OK."

"It's a relatively clean, non-smoking hotel, which is quite environmentally friendly. Cleaning requires an appointment. It's a 10-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station, and there are several supermarkets nearby. There are also many restaurants within a 10-minute walk, making it quite suitable for tourism or business trips."

"At once we found the hotel great. It looked very clean and we felt very well. Only what the breakfast was supposed to be, we really didn't know. There are only toast and corn flakes (2Varianten) and then there are coffee, amber marmelade, grape gel and something that should be juice. That was very disappointing but everything else was great. We could even check in several hours before free"

"The hotel's breakfast was quite good. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order American omelets and the strawberries 🍓 after the meal. My only regret is that they don't offer made-to-order omelets on weekends. Nevertheless, breakfast became the most anticipated meal for our family. This hotel has a direct exit to the subway station, and there are many shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, and large shopping malls nearby. The location is truly excellent. Housekeeping doesn't provide bottled water; guests have to pick it up at the front desk daily. There's also no kettle in the room, which is quite inconvenient and hard for us, coming from Asian countries, to understand. Luckily, our room booking included M Club access, so we were able to get hot water there after breakfast. I hope the hotel can consider guests' needs, especially regarding the shortcomings I mentioned. Overall, our family had a wonderful time at this hotel."

"Our family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance."

"Had a nice time with the family. The hotel was a nice getaway for a staycation with family. We had someone in a wheelchair and found the room easily accessable for them. It was clean and the check in was easy. The room were big and we had a view of the city I would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins."

"It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!"
