Perfect location for winter or summer. 6 minutes to Arrowhead, 10 minutes to Beaver Creek, 20 minutes to Vail and just a minute up the hill from the shops and restaurants of Edwards. Hiking paths can be accessed right across the street. Kitchen and powder room were renovated at the end of 2024.Paint, flooring, bathrooms, washer/dryer and furniture were all updated in the fall of 2021. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. For additional guests there is a queen pull out couch in the living room with a memory foam mattress. Open concept living area with dining room that seats six. One car attached garage.The home has a membership at the Homestead Court Club and it will be made available for use on rentals up to 2 weeks. The club has an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and gym.2-week max rental during ski season.
