The stairs to the loft are somewhat steep, but manageable with a little care. Couch pulls out for additional bed, love seat and tv on the main floor with YouTube Tv & Roku box for movie watching. There is also WiFi for your enjoyment. Full sized refrigerator, table & chairs, microwave, basic dishes, and Kerig coffee maker with assorted coffees. There is not a stove.
