The house itself is a historical part of Fortuna. A unique and cozy spot with a ton of character. The front and back yards are fully fenced, perfect for children or pets. You will be within walking distance to the bus stop, a small cafe, market and neighborhood playground.Guest accessGuest will have access to the entire house, including both fully fenced front and back yards and deck.Other things to noteThis house is adjacent to one of the oldest buildings in Humboldt County and is rich with history.
