Please allow room for the first floor apartment folks to get out of the driveway. The garage and a pantry on the third floor remain locked for my storage.Girdwood is a fantastic Alaskan experience. Girdwood brewing is a 7 minute walk, (3 if you cut through the meadow!) Alyeska resort of course provides the best of Alaska resort skiing and also backcountry/heli-skiing adventures nearby. Winner creek is a great hiking trail in the summer. If you don't mind some vertical elevation, the North Face Trail is open in the summer and rewards you with great views of the turnagain arm mountains.
