Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!!Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Actual pictures of the unit so you know what you are getting. All are similar but owners do upgrades on their own. Our unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex.No check in is required because there is a key pad.. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals.
