Located on one of the best canals on Longboat Key with quick access to a semi-private beach and Longboat Pass for gulf fishing or cruising within minutes. Longboat Pass is also home to one of the best sand shoals on the west coast to beach up to and hang out all day. The property has a large heated pool and a new, large dock with space for a 23' foot boat. Exit the master bedroom walk down the hallway and find the guest bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower.
