All hurricane-related repairs have been completed except for a portion of the siding, which are still scheduled for upcoming work. The sand in front of the complex has been sifted for a clean, comfortable beach experience.Island Conditions: Manasota Key is still undergoing recovery, and guests visiting in 2025–2026 should expect some construction activity throughout the island.Local Businesses: The Waverly, White Elephant Pub, and Beachcombers Trading Post have reopened.
