Located in Marshfield, MA, which was written up recently as the best place to live in Massachusetts. Lots of history here along with being a seaside town. Marshfield is located in Plymouth County along the South Shore of Massachusetts. The apartment is on the upper floor of my home which was renovated after a fire. It has its own entrance. There are three large rooms. The main room (living room and kitchenette) is 12.6 X16); the bedroom has the same measurements and the bathroom is about 10 X 10. It is very spacious and has 'breath-taking' distant ocean views. A 5-minute walk to the beach is all it takes to make a great vacation. It is a very quiet and safe area. In addition to the beach, there is a lot to keep you busy. Right close by are two restaurants. There are also many walking trails and bike paths. The 'T' station is in nearby Scituate. We are also located 0.6 miles away from Peter Igo Park, which provides tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts. You can walk or drive, they have public parking available. Downstairs contains a large kitchen with appliances, 1 private bedroom with a queen, 1 bathroom (with a shower), a formal dining room, large family room, sitting area with HDTV, and a laundry room. The views from the kitchen, living room, and sitting room are breathtaking.
