"Clean modern hotel with spacious rooms including a desk and walk in closet. Great location if you need to be close to the airport. Everything was great except they closed down breakfast about 10min before the end time which was a bit annoying."

I came all the way from Asia and expect a normal stay in kansas city during my world cup travel. Out of expectation, I made a mess re my booking, credit card payment and luggage. With God's help sending an angel, Lucy at the check-in counter gave her 200 percent effort and patient to help me sort every single thing out. Without her, i wouldnt get my confirmation of stay and my luggage. I peacefully settled down.
The service is 100/100.

Before the epidemic, I came to KC almost every year, and I stayed at this hotel every time.
It is a minute drive from the airport 7-9, there is a shuttle, the environment is good, there are fewer places to eat around.
Breakfast is normal Holiday Inn level, overall OK.

This room is very large, even with a kitchen, a dishwasher, - all kitchen utensils, and a full-body refrigerator. It is a long-lived configuration. There is a 7100 yrd golf course nearby, you can ask the front desk to arrange for shuttles to be sent there and picked up.
I rented a room at the airport temporarily when my flight was cancelled. Drop by to practice golf.
The breakfast is good, not at the level of a big hotel. But good.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!

Guest UserOur stay was great for what we needed. Staff was very attentative and housekeeping was on point. The breakfast buffet with made your way eggs was a nice touch. We enjoyed the evening reception every evening after a long day of sports. We would definitely return.
