"Everything was great. The only reason they got a 4/5 on service was there were no towels in the pool area when I went 1 morning, so when I realized, I had my hubby call down to the front desk. They said well send some immediately. I waited 30 mins & still no towels. My daughter ended up having to bring me a towel from our room. By the time all this happened & I was walking back to elevator to go to our room, that's when I ran into someone finally bringing towels. Other than that, everything was awesome. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area."
