The cottage includes all the amenities of home. The kitchen is furnished with ample dishes and pots and pans should you decide not to enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in the area. A gas BBQ is located on the deck. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DISH high definition service, WiFi, blue tooth dock for music on your phone or tablet, DVD player, and a DVD library of movies filmed in the area. The bedroom features a queen size Sleep Number bed outfitted in luxurious linens including a down comforter and plenty of fluffy pillows. Waiting for you outside are porch rockers, a private hot tub, and lush gardens. The Larkin Cottage property is abundant with beautiful flowers. Care has been taken to make sure that something is blooming every month of the year. The gazebo is a perfect spot for a small wedding.
