"Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, all aspects are good, breakfast is simpler, the room is very good; there is a microwave in the room, I buy food in the supermarket, heating to eat; Arrive at the airport to pick up your luggage, you can call the hotel or call a free shuttle bus through Ctrip customers. I let Ctrip customers do it and it will be there in 20 minutes. Leaving the hotel to the airport, inform the front desk half an hour in advance to get a free shuttle bus, I am one day in advance."

"The room is quite spacious, which is great for business trips. The desk is excellent, and there are plenty of power outlets. However, there's no microwave, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service. I'd recommend calling the hotel for a pick-up while you're waiting for your luggage after arriving at the airport; it usually takes about 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive. Just head to Gate 8 to wait for the shuttle bus."

"Stayed here overnight to catch a flight. The hotel is good in all aspects. The front desk was very nice. After learning that I had to catch a flight, they took the initiative to help me book a free bus to the airport at 3:30 am. This hotel must take a car to the airport. Although it is close to the airport, it has to go around the airport for most of the way, about 10 kilometers away. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Fast food is very convenient nearby"

"Booked the hotel to catch the 6 o'clock in the morning. Check-in after 3 pm, the lady at the front desk was very kind and informed the details, and warmly invited us to taste the warm American cookies. The standard room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, 2 bottles of bottled water and no microwave (available in the lobby). The bathroom is wet and dry and clean. The security check at Pittsburgh Airport started at 4 am, the hotel called early at 3 am, the shuttle bus departed at 3:30, and arrived at the airport at 3:45."

"This hotel is near the airport, the facilities are very old, the front desk is on the third floor, the room is on the first and second floors, the design is a bit strange. "Room was good stay for the night, however, the trip.com site did false advertise of pool at facility which was a huge reason on booking this hotel for the night. My family expectation to swim in a inside pool were crushed to oblivion when we found out not only is there not an indoor pool but to be told there was not a pool at the facility at all since they been open as of December 2025. I was told this by the female attendant on July 18th, 2026 at 9:48 am who was not at front check in counter but gossiping in the buffet breakfast area with another worker and a guest. She was very nonchalant about assisting me and my concerns, when I approached her after waiting for over 6 minutes at the counter and searching for whoever is working the front desk. I asked her what time is check out and if I could get a partial refund due to false advertising of pool and she said that I would have to contact trip.com or whomever the third party I booked with for it is not her concern nor does she deal with third party websites/companies WHILE storing her coffee or tea and not making eye contact with me in a condescending tone. Would I stay here again no, because of rude front desk staff."
