The kitchen offers all the you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends, along with a outdoor grill. One huge living room that makes any family time enjoyable with floor to ceiling view of the lake. There are restrictions from the HOA, please NO commercial events and NO parties of any kind. This home is for family and friends that want to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Because of HOA, NO boats, trailers, RV can be parked in the neighborhood, I have made arrangements for those that need to park any boat, trailer, or RV within walking distance from the house.
