With 3 bedrooms, it can sleep up to 9(a King, a Queen, and a Full/Twin bunk room, and sleeper sofa). There are several flatscreen TVs, High-speed Internet and WiFi access. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the great room. Smart TVs with live TV streams, streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu with your account), and screen mirroring from a compatible smartphone or network connected device. High speed wifi internet with speeds up to 300 Mbps. This speed is good for: Video calling/conferencing, HD streaming on multiple devices, and downloading shows, movies and large files. Movie nights are comfortable in our great room, with easy kitchen access. The kitchen offers a gas range, microwave, crock-pot, spice-rack, blender, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. There's an additional stroller, scooters, games, beach chairs, and ping-pong for the in the garage. The outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer months. Please note that all guests must be 25 and older (except parents/guardians and children) and abide by local noise ordinances (quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am), and CCNR's. No smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, or parties that exceed the capacity of 7 people allowed to stay. Parking in the driveway is limited to three cars. Off-street parking is not available. Cars may be towed by Kiwanda Shores HOA if parked off of the street. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Boats, RV's, and other vehicles other than cars are not allowed. Check in is between 4:00 - 8:00 pm, and Check-out is between 9:00 -11:00 am. There is parking available for 4 cars, and the amenities are very close by. There are walking paths to the town, and private beach access.There is one medium sized dog allowed (no cats), when the guest communicates in writing that they plan to bring their dog and pays the additional $79 pet fee after booking. Dog must stay off of the furniture. A second dog is sometimes allowable with an $79 additional pet fee after booking. Please clean up after your dog. This 3 bedroom 2 bath family home is comfortable and perfectly located. It is only a couple blocks to the beach or the river. Cape Kiwanda State National Park and Bob Straub State Park are both only a short walk away. Walk to Pelican Pub! Guests will fall in love with the beauty and charm of Pacific City, a hidden Oregon treasure. There are walking trails in every direction! Fully enclosed outdoor fence with outdoor shower to remove sand. This beach town has something for everyone: sand dune's to climb, surfing, boating, horseback riding, tide pools to explore, hiking, kayaking, crabbing, bicycling, bird watching, canoeing, clamming, dining in local restaurants, dory boat watching, Kite flying, hang gliding and paragliding, marine and mammal watching, photography, sand boarding and whale watching. There are shops and a new candy store in town too! Multiple deer families live all over Pacific City; close sightings happened daily. Wild rabbits also frequent the area. Stop and take the time to look at the tide pools/rocks at the base of the sand dune. They are usually alive if you are paying attention! There’s a brand new skate park in town. Bring your skate boards and scooters. Check it out behind Doryland pizza. Also - this is a surfing town. The water is cold so bring your wet suit! This home has fully equipped kitchen, patio furniture, charcoal grill, beach toys, and bikes. There is a Full bathroom and bedroom downstairs. There's a hidden kids playground at the back of the neighborhood. There is parking in the driveway and also adjacent parking. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, both with a Queen sized bed on the bottom and a Full size bed on the top. This home will comfortably sleep 10 people. The home has 3 TV's, each with a DVD player. 2 TV's (living room and master) have Netflix. Note: No cable! The home has multiple board games for all ages, children's books, toys and a small play area. There is a gas fireplace, however propane refill service in this area is sometimes unreliable.
