Classic Cottage Style, On the Lake, Nestled in a quant country lane surrounded by woods, tall pine trees, and the beautiful 75 foot stretch of lake front makes this timeless cottage an escape for families, friends and couples. The 75 feet of lake front is BIG, so it makes you feel away from it all versus some places that stacked tight with one right next to the other with 50 foot. This cottage is not in a channel, but right on the lake. This cottage is not on top of a steep hill with 70 steps, it is 6 steps down to the lake level. So, if you forget your sunscreen you do not have to go back up the 70 steps to retrieve it. This is a perfect location for both exploring historic Angola and visiting Trine. It is only .4 mile from Cameron Memorial Hospital as well. Angola is nestled in the heart of lake country; you can spend your days on the lake and come relax in the evening. Or spend your day hiking the trails of beautiful Pokagon State Park, located just 7 miles. The home is located across the street from the local elementary school, the playground and basketball court are open for use during now school hours. The master bedroom is on the main level situated next to the full bathroom and just off the sitting room. The sitting room has stocked bookshelves, puzzles, chairs, and a puzzle table. There is an exterior door from the sitting room to the side porch with additional seating. The dining room table has room for 8 around it, and the peninsula has seating for another 5. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge/freezer with water and ice, and dishwasher. There is also a butlers kitchen hosting coffee maker, coffee grinder, air fryer, toaster oven, mini fridge and 2nd sink. The living room has a sectional couch and a smart tv.
