Both bedrooms have black out curtains providing a comfortable environment. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all necessary amenities.The laundry room is equipped with large and efficient washer and dryer. All necessary cleaning products are provided. There is a whole house fan which is operated from the hallway alcove to allow for cooling in the summer months as the property does not have central heat and air. The fan pulls in the cool evening air through any open window or door and forces out all hotter air in the attic allowing for a quick and effective cool down.
