The Newport Plums Estate is a one-of-a-kind estate house located walking distance from downtown Sandpoint with all of its outstanding award-winning restaurants and shops. The property is about a 10 minute drive to the mountain. The house is walking distance from the award-winning restaurants, pubs and bars in Downtown Sandpoint which are far better than the limited offerings at Schweitzer Village which also close way too early. For those skiers looking to complement their long days on the slopes with a great hot tubbing experience, this is the place to stay. We are the only home in Sandpoint that has a Diamond Spa custom made stainless steel jacuzzi which (as you can see from the pictures) is sheltered from the elements under a fiberglass roof and can seat up to 8 people. Winter guests have described our jacuzzi as the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes with beer and/or your wine in hand and stars above. The house and outdoor area by the jacuzzi has been wired for music throughout with a newly installed AV sound system that comes with XSMR and can be accessed your IOS devices as well to play your preferred playlists. Also, we have installed a brand new outdoor stainless steel gas grill and griddle adjacent to the jacuzzi, which is also depicted in the picture. So guests can now to choose to prepare their own meals inside or out. Our owners, Melissa and Brian Kramer, love managing this unique property and making sure that our guests experience is outstanding. Spot Bus services our neighborhood for Schweitzer, it picks up and drops off one block from the house if you don't want to drive or if the younger ones in your group can't wait to get up to the mountain!
